For women who are looking to get pregnant must understand that the need for exercise and maintenance of fitness is of utmost importance. The issue of excess weight for pregnant women must be addressed and weight loss is a necessity as an obese patient can suffer from a plethora of diseases and hence must be taken care of. So to avoid such body ailment a proper weight loss program must be embraced. Along with serious exercise good balanced diet is also very crucial for weight loss. There are people who look to lose weight through exercise only and not eat good food, for them it must be said that without food it is not possible to lose those extra pounds. Maintain a balanced diet and avoid over eating. Don’t skip a major meal (lunch or dinner) it can hamper your digestive system. Lack of breathe or breathlessness is a common problem with fat people. They start panting and sweating profusely each time they perform any strenuous work which is mainly due to inability to cope with physical strains. Excess weight can be a cause for tiredness and fatigue. Tiredness can easily cause lack of concentration and hence efficiency can decrease at the work place. Thus for pregnant women it is important to remember that excess weight should be tackled and two ways to do the same is by regular exercise and maintaining a proper and healthy diet. The pregnancy can be divided into different phases and hence it should be remembered that the proper care should be taken during all the phases of the pregnancy period. The phases of pregnancy or the pregnancy period can be divided into three main parts and they are as follows;
First Trimester
Second Trimester
Third Trimester
The first phase of pregnancy (First Trimester) is necessary span of time and you must actually help yourself to make sure that the delivery of the child is safe and proper. Nutrition is very important during this phase and you must look to consume enough of fruits and vegetables. Green vegetables carry a lot of vitamins and minerals that actually help to strength the body cells and tissues providing them the much needed immunity. During this phase the body requires a lot of protein and calories and that is provided by the sufficient intake of ghee and butter. First Trimester is characterized by morning sickness which is very common during this period.
